The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment. It differs from personality assessments such as Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your current attitudes, perceptions and perspectives of your world. THE ENERGY LEADERSHIPINDEX 360° ASSESSMENT IS A FOUR-PART ASSESSMENT SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL PERSPECTIVE ON LEADERSHIP

The ELI 360° Assessment combines the powerful insight of the Energy Leadership™ Index self-assessment with an added 360-degree view of the client in 36 different leadership competencies, offering a robust understanding of a client’s energetic makeup and how their self-perceptions align or differ from the perceptions of those around them. 

These 36 competencies and elements of the person’s leadership style reflect their ability to adapt, coach, communicate, engage, inspire, and relate to those around them. These elements can be seen in regular interactions, as well as in situations where challenges and conflict may be occurring. 

The assessment explores potential gaps in the way the participant rates themselves and the way the people around rate them, providing a chance to explore what’s going on energetically and where are opportunities for alignment and growth.
